Thanks to the many visitors to this site who took the time to tell your American Airlines story. In an effort to improve the passenger experience, we in turn shared a number of your stories with the AMR Board of Directors overseeing American Airlines’ operations. We plan to continue our efforts to help bring about a better, more dependable American Airlines.

We also encourage you to take a look at another site, www.AmericanJobsAtRisk.com. This Web site details the potential risks for passengers and employees posed by American Airlines’ plans to forge closer links with several foreign carriers. We are concerned about the national security, competitiveness and job outsourcing consequences that could result from our airline’s plans and we believe you’ll find cause for concern, too.

Cancelled Flights

Had your travel plans destroyed by the actions of AA lately? Even if they're not listening - we are.

Whether you were traveling on business, for pleasure, or for an emergency, we realize that the mismanagement of American Airlines has cost you dearly. It doesn't matter if you lost a day at Disney with your family, a day of work for your business, or a major family event, the unfortunate truth is that your life has been disrupted, your plans destroyed, your business derailed--all for one bad reason:

THE PROFIT OF A FEW AMR EXECUTIVES.

Passengers, employees, families - everyone who has paid the price, tell us your AA story. We're concerned about the quality of our air travel product, and want to bring these glaring service problems to management's attention. We want to improve the passenger experience, and we believe your story needs to be told in order to underscore that point to a management seemingly unaware of the street-level effects of poor management decisions.
